Returns and Exchange
We are devastated to hear that you want to return/exchange your AUS merchandise? But we'll happily support you as best possible. Our policy on returns & exchange is as follows:
Returns are allowed within 15 days of order delivery, as long as the product has not been used. Please note that the cost of the return will need to be covered by the customer as we do not offer free returns. Once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse (address provided below), we will issue a full refund of the order total, less delivery amount, if any.
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of order delivery, as long as the product has not been used. Please note that exchanges need to be in-person at our warehouse (address provided below). The exchange will be made only if the item is found in acceptable condition.
Please Note: Customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of a manufacturing defect in the product within 1 year of purchase, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received at our warehouse (address provided below), and it has been checked for an original manufacturing defect. If the item qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we will issue refund of the product with shipping. Return shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
